Scientific-theoretical journal “Bulletin of the University of languages” was founded in 2011.

Scientific-theoretical journal “Bulletin of the University of languages” is a scientific journal that publishes the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science and for the degree of doctor of science. The journal contains scientific articles of the teaching personnel, postgraduates and doctoral students of the Institute, as well as other higher educational institutions of the Republic, near and far abroad.

The main content of the publication is scientific articles. It publishes 4 issues per year and is published with a frequency of at least 8 issues over 2 years.

By order of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 30.03.2021, No. 80, the journal is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Republic of Tajikistan. Google:

The publication reviews all incoming materials that correspond to its subject matter for the purpose of their expert evaluation. All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of peer -reviewed materials and have relevant publications. The editorial Board sends copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials.

The electronic archive of the journal and all necessary materials are publicly available on the journal’s website (www.payom.ddzt.tj).

The editorial Board consists of 12 doctors of science and 6 candidates of science from the number of scientific and pedagogical workers. All members of the editorial Board are recognized experts.

All published scientific articles have bibliographic lists designed in accordance with the publication rules.

All published scientific articles have keywords and annotations in Russian, English and Tajik.

The journal has an international standard number – ISSN 2226-9355 serial publication.

In the field of philological sciences: 1) Comparative-historical, typological and comparative linguistics; 2) languages of peoples of foreign countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, native America and Australia (with the indication of a specific language or language family); 3) literature of peoples of foreign countries (with the indication of specific literature); 4) literary theory. In the field of pedagogical sciences: 1) General pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education; 2) Theory and Methodology of training and education (by areas and levels of education); 3) Theory and methodology of professional education.

In the field of historical sciences: 1) National history; 2) General history (of the corresponding period); 3) Historiography, source studies and methods of historical research; 4) History of international relations and foreign policy.
